Your spikes are sharp, but they will blunt against a hard surface. You should only roll them over your skin, carpet, or your cork mat.

Wow! Not just a stunning piece but a quality piece. Protect it by using as suggested with the supplied cork base and mat, but wowee those spikes are good! Face, neck, head, arms, feet, hands it can do anywhere and everywhere with the lightest pressure with ease.

Many people have commented on the relaxation it causes and how beautiful it looks, but I haven't seen many mention pain stimming!
Those with ADHD or autism might feel the need to pain stim, which can be a bit dangerous depending on how your brain decides to fix it. This allows me to pain stim without biting my cheek. Very very helpful.

Love the wonderball! It's a bit heavier than expected but well made, and very effective and easy to use.
The little cork mat it sits on is great, it means it can sit out on a table or bench so you're reminded to use it all the time, not just when you have an issue.
Like most other Shakti products, you do need to relax into the feeling when you first begin using it but it doesn't take long!

I suppose I've been using the Shakti products enough to not feel the pain. The ball creates a feeling of pleasurable discomfort when rolled between the palms, along the forearm, or behind the neck.
