Shipping & Order Processing

All orders placed on our website are processed and fulfilled using EasyEcom, our trusted order and inventory management system.

Once an order is successfully placed, it is verified, packed, and dispatched from our fulfillment facility through authorized courier partners. EasyEcom helps us ensure accurate order processing, real-time inventory updates, and timely dispatch of products.

Order Processing Timeline

  • Orders are typically shipping within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation and tracking details once your order is shipped.

Packaging & Product Condition

We take utmost care to ensure that all products are packed securely before dispatch:

  • Products are quality-checked prior to packaging

  • Protective packaging is used to prevent damage during transit

  • All items are shipped in new, unused, and hygienic condition

  • Sealed packaging is used to maintain product integrity and cleanliness

Shipping & Delivery

  • Deliveries are handled by reliable courier partners integrated with EasyEcom

  • Estimated delivery timelines may vary based on your location, 1-2 days within the UAE

  • Estimated delivery timelines for the international countries (Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar) are 4-5 days
  • Delivery times are provided as estimates and may be affected by external factors such as weather, courier delays, or public holidays

Shipping Charges

  • UAE: Free standard shipping on all orders within the United Arab Emirates.

  • International (Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar): A flat AED 50 shipping fee applies to all international orders.

Shipping charges, where applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Tracking your order

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to update. You can track your package on our contact page. Please use the email/phone number you placed your order with. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information via SMS, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real time.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos of the product and packaging

  • Our support team will assess the issue and assist with a replacement or resolution as per our Returns & Refund Policy.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Return Policy

- Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of the order.

- Returns are only eligible if:

  • The delivery packaging has not been opened, or
  • The product is damaged, or
  • The wrong product was delivered.

- Customers must notify us and return the item in its original, sealed packaging.

- Products must:

  • Be unused
  • Be untampered
  • Remain sealed and in original packaging

- If the above conditions are met, we will:

  • Send a replacement, or
  • Issue a refund, as applicable.

- Return requests must be submitted online via our Contact Us page.

- To log a return, you will need:

  • The email address or phone number used to place the order.

- If the item was received as a gift, please contact us with:

  • The full name of the person who placed the order.

- Once the returned item is received and processed at our warehouse:

  • Refunds will be issued within 10–45 working days.

- We reserve the right to refuse returned shipments if:

  • The product has been used, opened, or tampered with.

- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Once an order is placed on our website, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed.

All orders are processed automatically through our fulfillment system to ensure timely dispatch. For this reason, we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order has been confirmed. 

this must be very clearly communicated to Cardholders before the purchase decision is made, to prevent misunderstanding and disputes.

FAQs

Can I return/exchange my order?

Unhappy with your purchase? No worries! You can return it free of charge for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the goods are in the same condition as when you received them and purchased at full-price or on a limited-time promotion. We do not accept change-of-mind returns on limited edition items, clearance (sale or marked-down) items, or wholesale orders.

 You can request a return online, using our contact page. To log in, you will need the email address or phone number you placed your order with. If the item was a gift, please contact us with the full name of the person who placed the order and we'll get back in touch with instructions. Once your return is received and processed at our warehouse, we will refund you the full price of the product within 5 working days.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to Middle Eastern countries.  If you would like to place an order for a friend/family member located in a different country to you, please email our customer service team on support@shaktimat.ae to organise a custom order.

My Mat/Pillow is the wrong intensity. Can I exchange it?

If you find your Mat or Pillow too light, or too intense, you may exchange it for another intensity within 30 days, provided the goods are in the same condition as when you received them. You can start your exchange online, using our contact page. To log in, you will need the email address or phone number you placed your order with. If the item was a gift, please contact us with the full name of the person who placed the order and we'll get back in touch with instructions for exchange.

*This applies to Shakti products bought directly through the Shakti UAE website only. Products bought from any of our retailers are not eligible for returns, or exchanges directly with Team Shakti Distribution Limited. In the event you are wanting to return/exchange a Shakti product that has been purchased through one of our retailers, you must arrange this directly with the retailer you bought it from. Each retailer will have their own return & exchange policy.

Please note that we only offer 1 exchange per order.
